<p>Le C. Bouvard a rapporté ce matin que le thermomètre est descendu ce matin à [moins] 5°. Il a communiqué divers calculs des éclipses d'Ibn-Iunis<a title="" name="_ftnref1" href="file://persls.stockage.univ-lorraine.fr/muller62/BDL/Transcriptions%20PVS%20-%20JMFeurtet/PV-BDL%201795-1805/258%203e%20registre.doc#_ftn1">[1]</a>, traduits par Caussin<a title="" name="_ftnref2" href="file://persls.stockage.univ-lorraine.fr/muller62/BDL/Transcriptions%20PVS%20-%20JMFeurtet/PV-BDL%201795-1805/258%203e%20registre.doc#_ftn2">[2]</a>.</p>
<p>Lefrançais et Burckhardt, après 74 observations, ont trouvé 2'' ½ à ôter à l'obliquité de l'écliptique qui est dans l'<em>Astronomie</em>.</p>
<p>Le C. Bissy a demandé un certificat de ses services, et il a déposé le registre de ses observations. Le certificat est accordé.</p>
<p>Lettre du ministre de l'Intérieur qui propose un calendrier général. Répondre que l'<em>Annuaire</em> remplit ce but, par la table qui y est jointe, et le Bureau croit que les autres calendriers sont inutiles, à moins que le ministre ne l'exigeât.</p>
<p>Le Bureau accorde au C. Bissy une gratification de 600 # quant à présent.</p>

Entré à l'Institut en 1809, on lui doit une traduction des <em>Mille et une Nuits</em>, et des <em>Tables astronomiques d'El-Younis</em> qui parurent définitivement en 1810.</p>
